1. Products and Services
Arora Diamonds specialises in fine diamond jewellery, including lab-grown diamonds and custom-designed pieces. All products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in size, colour, or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or refuse service at our discretion.
2. Authenticity and Certification
All diamonds (single piece weighing 0.50 Carat or above) sold by Arora Diamonds are accompanied by an independent certification from recognised gemological institutions such as IGI or GIA. Each item’s specifications are clearly detailed for full transparency.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Arora Diamonds reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel affected orders. Full payment is required before processing unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order jewellery requires a non-refundable deposit around 50%, depending on the item. Once production begins, custom pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless faulty. Estimated crafting times will be communicated before confirmation, but delays may occur due to sourcing or production schedules.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer Australia-wide insured delivery via trusted carriers such as Australia Post. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5-10 business days for in-stock items and 5-6 weeks for custom pieces. You will receive tracking information once dispatched. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible non-customized items within 14 days of delivery only if the items are proven to be having fault or any genuine issue with workmanship or the authenticity of metal or the stones used. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all certificates included. Custom or engraved jewellery is non-returnable unless proven to be defective. Approved returns are refunded (minus shipping or restocking fees) within 15 business days.
7. Warranty
Arora Diamonds offers a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and authenticity of materials. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or third-party alterations. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund value of the purchased product.
8. Liability
Arora Diamonds is not liable for delays beyond our control, losses from unauthorised account use, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
