Every piece travels fully insured and tracked, and is handed over with a signature. We deliver anywhere in Australia.

We send your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, so you always know where it is.

A signature is always needed on arrival. Nothing is ever left at the door.

Each piece arrives carefully packed in its box, with its certificate and tax invoice.

We deliver to every state and territory with trusted carriers such as Australia Post. Every order is sent by insured, tracked post and needs a signature on arrival.

When it arrives

Delivery timeframes

How soon your piece arrives depends on whether it is ready to ship or made for you.

Ready to ship	In stock and delivered in 5-10 business days
Made to order	Standard designs take 4-5 weeks from your confirmed order, then delivery
Custom designs	Usually 5-6 weeks, and we give you a personal estimate once we have reviewed your design

Timeframes are estimates. Busy periods such as Christmas can add a few days, so if you are planning a proposal, talk to us early and we will help you work back from the date. Need it sooner? Shop ready to ship

On the day

Receiving your order

Use a street address where someone can sign for the parcel. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
The person named on the order may be asked to show photo ID when signing.
If no one is home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collecting it.
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed, so please check it carefully at checkout.

Prefer to collect? Choose collection and we will contact you when your piece is ready to arrange a private appointment at one of our Melbourne locations. Please bring photo ID. See our locations

Orders must be collected or delivered within 30 days of us letting you know they are ready. After that, the order may be cancelled and a 25% restocking fee applied.

Good to know

The balance of your order must be paid in full before it is dispatched.
Every delivery includes your tax invoice, and diamonds of 0.50ct or more come with their IGI certificate.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please do not sign for it and contact us straight away.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for faults on non-customised pieces. Read our returns policy
