What if it does not fit?
This ring includes free resizing of up to 2 sizes. Tell us her size after you order, or book a call and we will help you work it out.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same optical, chemical, thermal and physical properties as mined diamonds. Only their origin is different, and every diamond we sell is IGI certified.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Book a private viewing in Melbourne and we will have this piece ready for you, or meet a specialist on video.
What does the warranty cover?
Every piece carries our 5-year warranty covering workmanship and the authenticity of the materials and stones. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or alterations by third parties.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-customised pieces with a fault, a workmanship issue, or a confirmed difference in material or stone quality from the description. Custom and engraved jewellery cannot be returned unless it is defective.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and other secure methods. Prices are in AUD and include GST, and every sale comes with a tax invoice for insurance or valuation.
